This workshop is for leaders at all levels (not just with managerial responsibilities) and explores the Transformational Leadership model and how individual color energy preferences influence their leadership style, and the way they are perceived by those they work with.
This experience gives individuals the time and space to take a good look at how they show up as a leader, look at their vulnerabilities, and understand the potential in their own unique leadership style.
Leaders work with the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership Profile, which gives insight into eight critical abilities within the leadership dimensions, as well as some really practical tips for enhancing their effectiveness in each area.
