What is Insights Discovery?

The Insights Discovery model is a simple and accessible four-color model which, accompanied by an Insights Discovery Personal Profile, helps people to understand more about themselves and others.

 

It creates a common language that makes it easier to identify strengths and address weaknesses, so that individuals and teams can perform at their highest level.

 

This model provides an effective foundation for learning programs since it inspires individuals to think about how they act and communicate.

Every person has all four color energies within them but has a natural preference for some over others which influence their motivations and behavior; it is the combination of these energies which creates each unique personality. By understanding your own and others’ preferences better, you can take simple, practical actions that improve your everyday relationships.

Foundational to all workshops

This workshop helps people understand themselves and others so that they can have more respectful, productive, and positive relationships. Individuals will understand different communication preferences and have a common language to help them overcome challenges and conflict.

Conversation Between Colleagues

This workshop helps individuals at any level to adopt a more purposeful, self-aware approach in the way they lead. Effective leaders role-model intentional communication, inspire and engage the people around them. Participants will work with the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership profile, which gives insight into eight critical leadership skills and individual strengths and challenges for each.

Teamwork is the ultimate competitive advantage. This workshop helps teams achieve breakthroughs by moving through challenges that are negatively impacting its ability to be high performing. Effective teams clarify goals, identify roadblocks, create action plans, and know how to effectively communicate with eachother. 

This workshop helps individuals and teams develop a relationship-based influencing approach. Participants will create personalized action plans that focus on their specific challenges and strategically leverage their behavioral preferences to positively influence key stakeholders and/or customers.
